Istanbul — Tawakkol Karman Foundation concluded today, Sunday, in the city of Istanbul, the first Yemeni Researchers and Experts Conference, which was held over two days (October 11–12, 2025) under the slogan “There's no Leader but Knowledge.”

Under the slogan “There’s No Leader but Knowledge”, the first Yemeni Researchers and Experts Conference concluded its sessions in Istanbul on October 11–12, 2025, organized by Tawakkol Karman Foundation with the participation of a broad spectrum of Yemeni academics, researchers, and experts from within Yemen and fifteen countries around the world.

Istanbul will host the Yemeni Researchers and Experts Conference, organized by Tawakkol Karman Foundation from October 11 to 12, with the participation of more than 40 academic and scientific papers addressing Yemen’s development challenges in key sectors including education, health, economy, energy, and identity. The papers will be presented by Yemeni scholars and academics from within Yemen and over 15 countries around the world. More than 200 experts, researchers, and development professionals are expected to attend the conference, which aims to present scientific and practical visions that contribute to shaping realistic solutions to Yemen’s most pressing challenges across various fields.
